Fragments of conversations
Fragments I picked up during a setting of speed dating with the participants of the Stockholm meeting and the möte09 team.
//then I thought it would be fun playing games just us//that would be my hesitation//a certain fragility//that moment we started to move, I found that beautiful//if we open it up, I would find it interesting working on that chair game//I think if putting another really hard rule on it//two people//it's about keeping the//three lines//for me it made completely sense what you were aiming for//the mayor thought of//I mean it was obvious//how could we make that proposition work//the conversation game really worked out for me//it's something in//it's just balancing on this interesting border//it was just constantly bumping between theory and personal engagement//moving is about those directions//maybe what I needed was some kind of articulation//for me it really sums up right now//what I want to do on Tuesday is to concentrate on one thing and that would be this conversation thing//what is the place that we want to take a direction to//it's a method you can apply//one could be put in a direction to dance and not to speak//maybe it's some kind of knowledge we can find from looking at the documentation//for me it took long time to enter the group and meet the group//I restricted myself from adding to much//I actually could feel that I became a part of the group//this is the moment we try to talk//I think of the wall we're all bouncing at//people, myself included, restrict themselves//we could propose for each of us to do something when we are away//that kind of set up also allows expressioness//last night when I had time to think about//I try to avoid questions and just do//for me it's never about//thinking through something//acting by language//to see how language meets the ground//I thought of it like an activity zone, a doing zone//I want to continue with the conversation game, and so does everyone else I've spoken to//how do we open it up//closed invitations//when I couldn't say anything, because I always say a lot, I felt very engaged//when you want to say something you can write it down//you play with a concentration with informed and not informed people//we could have a limited number of chairs//some people are magnetic somehow//it hasn't really become organic, more like shuffle-traffic//it affects people in that sense of...I think you know what I mean//the bigger discussions have actually just been discussions between two or three people, to me it has been a waste of time//I haven’t invested time in finding the right words, because I don’t have them//I feel that I have been involved //I would probably have liked if there had been smaller groups//I believe more in this conversation//I had an idea about doing this the first day//there can't be too many people talking, because then it would be a rigid system//how can we find a way to communicate that doesn’t reproduce the parliamentarianism//I don’t get words and language, that is why I don’t work with it//there is a few people with similar wishes//that thing with invitation//maybe we can formulate an invitation which is very specific//I have a lot of images in my head of the dance upstairs//how could the place be a place that allows change//there would be not just one circle, but several, and they could just move//too many elements makes it very blurry//she had this talk about how we perform every day and how we can be aware about that//now I can really perform it, this speech act//what is really everyday life like in Stockholm//the discussion thing really//there was something very physical in it as well//it was a performance of a real life situation//a situation of performance//the moment of meeting when two bodies//you can use everyday life to talk about something//it's an inside-out situation//it's a common movement//group activity and how there is always a need of common basis//the feeling of shareness//using that singing as a kind of method//you can say what the other person say and when you do it with your body you internalize it//when you start with the playfulness//what is it that bring people together, talking or doing//
